Pegulan resilient floor coverings are tough and require minimal maintenance. However, it is important that if you want your new floor to perform to its full potential - a little care is required.
At Pegulan we have specifically created a range of maintenance products best suited for the care of your Pegulan floor.
- Jasol Clean Mop - an all-purpose
no rinse floor cleaner.
- Jasol Ultra Film - a satin
finish metalilised floor polish.
- Jasol Stripper - for removing
the build up of old polish or sealer.
It is also important that a few simple precautions are taken to prevent any unnecessary wear and damage to your new floor.
- It's a good idea to use an outdoor mat to remove any grit or dirt from shoes before entering the home
- To avoid any damage when moving heavy objects such as refrigerators, lift or slide them into position on a sheet of particle board or plywood.
- Ensure furniture with sharp or small feet are fitted with suitable end caps or glides to distribute the weight evenly. Similarly a protective material such as felt can be fitted to prevent excessive marking from constantly moving furniture.
- Some rubber products such as mats or chair stoppers can cause permanent staining.
